Rather than striving for 'perfection', we encourage (and indeed expect) our girls to be the best that they can be. We provide our girls with a wide range of opportunities that help them develop to their full potential. St Anne's girls seize the moment and demonstrate grit and resilience on their journeys to becoming women of character and good judgement.

Boarding

St Anne's is a predominantly residential boarding school that also provides a value-added experience for our day boarders. Designed to be a space that girls can happily call 'home', our well-equipped boarding facilities are situated on peaceful and scenic grounds, the ideal environment for the holistic education, unique bonds and lifelong friendships for which St Anne's is renowned.

Academics

Girls at St Anne’s receive a globally relevant education – one that is underscored by an insatiable curiosity and a love of learning for its own sake, not merely motivated by marks. Our girls benefit from state-of-the-art facilities, passionate and experienced staff, and a technology-enriched and value-based curriculum that prepares them for their 21st-century world.

Online Learning

Online, or Distance Education, became a reality at the start of Term 2 in April 2020, replacing face-to-face lessons as a result of the nationwide lockdown due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Staff training and lesson planning to cater specifically for remote teaching and learning were completed during the Easter break. Fortunately, all girls and staff were already familiar with the Microsoft OneNote platform and Class Notebooks were in place as the primary platform for content delivery at the College since the end of 2018.

Co-Curricular

Our extensive co-curricular programme is an integral part of the holistic education on offer at St Anne's. On the sports field, onstage, in service of others, musically, environmentally and in many other pursuits, we encourage every girl to develop her unique talents and passions in a balanced and enjoyable way.

Social Responsibility

One of our core St Anne's values is to 'Reach Out' with compassion, humility and service. Our Social Responsibility initiatives encourage our girls to actively participate in social change. We are so proud when we hear about the good our Old Girls are doing in the world as a result of the social consciousness awakened in them while they were at St Anne's.
