SPORT INTERNSHIP


The ideal candidate should be:

  • Studying towards a degree in Education and/or Sport
  • Able to contribute to the academic programme, while having a particular passion for sport, fitness and coaching
  • Able to coach hockey & tennis and with some knowledge of water polo
  • Responsible, trustworthy and reliable,
  • A good role model
  • Able to run sports drills and practices
  • Able to officiate matches, and assist with tournaments and festivals
  • Be keen to upskill their coaching level and learn more
  • Efficient in managing and maintaining sports’ equipment
  • Enthusiastic about assisting with certain aspects of Marketing and Events
  • Willing to support the Sports Co-Ordinator with administrative tasks
  • A licensed driver and have their own transport
  • Willing to share a house on campus with others as part of their package
  • Excited about the prospect of the opportunity to gain valuable experience while developing skills and knowledge
