The ideal candidate should be:
- Studying towards a degree in Education and/or Sport
- Able to contribute to the academic programme, while having a particular passion for sport, fitness and coaching
- Able to coach hockey & tennis and with some knowledge of water polo
- Responsible, trustworthy and reliable,
- A good role model
- Able to run sports drills and practices
- Able to officiate matches, and assist with tournaments and festivals
- Be keen to upskill their coaching level and learn more
- Efficient in managing and maintaining sports’ equipment
- Enthusiastic about assisting with certain aspects of Marketing and Events
- Willing to support the Sports Co-Ordinator with administrative tasks
- A licensed driver and have their own transport
- Willing to share a house on campus with others as part of their package
- Excited about the prospect of the opportunity to gain valuable experience while developing skills and knowledge
