Sadie Bosworth Atelier, headed up by Sadie Bosworth and based in Cape Town, South Africa, specialises in creating one-of-a-kind bridal and evening gowns that are characterised by their distinctive style, unique ethereal quality and dedication to artisanal couture techniques. Sadie Bosworth’s design aesthetic juxtaposes whimsical and delicate elements with a sense of strength, boldness and edge. Each gown tells a unique story and reflects her love of her materials and the act of creating beautiful garments. This unusual design aesthetic and ever-growing list of awards makes her one of South Africa’s up and coming designers. She creates bespoke garments for a discerning clientele, as well as producing seasonal ranges. Their career highlights so far include dressing the director of “My Octopus Teacher” for the BAFTA’s and the Oscars and being an invited designer at the Durban July in 2017 and 2023.
