We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Transport Co-ordinator to manage and oversee all transport arrangements for our girls. The role is central to the smooth running of daily school life, ensuring safe, timely and effective travel to support academic, pastoral and co-curricular activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organise and manage student travel during term breaks.
- Book airport transport and liaise with parents on itineraries.
- Schedule buses for sports’ matches, extracurricular activities, and school trips.
- Arrange transport for medical and private appointments and extra lessons.
- Maintain accurate records, budgets, and compliance with safeguarding policies.
- Act as the central liaison between parents, staff, students, and transport providers.
APPLICANTS SHOULD:
- Have experience in travel coordination, administration or logistics.
- Be skilled in scheduling, communication, and problem-solving.
- Be calm under pressure and able to adapt to last-minute changes.
- Have knowledge in safeguarding and child protection protocols.
- Be professional, discreet, and committed to girls’ welfare.
- Have evidence of Police Clearance if offered the role
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12
- Diploma or degree in Administration, Travel/Logistic Management as an advantage.
- Familiarity with a booking system and managing group travel is a requirement.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Have working knowledge of Outlook and Teams and familiarity with Ed-Admin, is an advantage
- Driver’s License requirement, PDP Advantage
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Office-based with regular interaction across the College community.
- Flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, or weekends to accommodate girls travel, sports fixtures, and special events.
- Saturdays (Every 2nd Saturday)
